What's Included
A standard clean covers all bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and living areas — dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and wiping down all visible surfaces. It's designed for homes already on a maintenance schedule.
A deep clean covers everything in a standard clean, plus inside the oven and appliances, baseboards scrubbed by hand, ceiling fans, grout lines, behind toilets, windowsills and tracks, and cabinet exteriors. Recommended for first-time clients or homes not professionally cleaned recently.
Deep cleaning is a full top-to-bottom reset that takes longer and covers detail areas a standard clean skips. Standard cleaning is faster, lower-cost maintenance for a home that's already at a good baseline. Most clients start with a deep clean, then switch to standard or recurring service.
Inside-oven and inside-refrigerator cleaning are included in every deep clean and available as an add-on for standard or recurring visits.
Exterior window cleaning is not included in standard visits, but interior window cleaning — including glass, tracks, and sills — is available as an add-on and is included in move-in/move-out cleans.
Light laundry and dish add-ons are available on request in some service areas. Ask when booking or call (774) 247-0364 to confirm availability for your home.
Trust & Safety
Yes. Every BrightNest team member is background-checked before their first clean, and the company carries full liability insurance. Your home and belongings are fully protected on every visit.
No. Most clients provide a door code, key, or lockbox and aren't home during the clean. You'll receive photo proof after every visit so you can see the results as soon as it's done.
BrightNest prioritizes consistency for recurring clients whenever scheduling allows, so your home is cleaned by a team familiar with your space and preferences.

Scheduling & Policies
Most households do well with bi-weekly recurring cleaning, which balances cost and cleanliness. Weekly service suits larger homes, homes with pets, or households that entertain often. One-time deep cleans are a good fit for seasonal resets or before switching to recurring service.
Yes. You can reschedule online or by calling (774) 247-0364. We ask for at least 24 hours' notice when possible so we can offer your slot to another client.
Most bookings are confirmed within a few hours and scheduled within 2 to 4 days. Newer service areas, including our Rhode Island communities, typically need 3 to 5 days of notice.
Same-day availability is sometimes possible depending on your area and our schedule. Call (774) 247-0364 directly for urgent requests.
You can adjust your recurring schedule at any time by contacting BrightNest or through your online booking account.
BrightNest gives 2-hour arrival windows so you're not waiting around all day. You'll choose an AM or PM window when you book.
